Four Seasons Housing, Inc. is one of the world's largest and most innovative housing manufacturers.  Located in Middlebury, IN, we operate year-round production from our campus of manufacturing facilities.  Four Seasons Housing is family-owned and operated by a group of housing veterans that have dedicated decades of their lives to providing quality, affordable dwellings to the American Family.

We produce single and sectional HUD code homes, as well as state-code modulars.  Our Core Construction and package of standards sets us apart from our competition.  Every Four Seasons home is built standard with primed drywall throughout the houses.
